Common Questions
How do I reset my password?
Go to Profile → Settings → Change Password. If you signed in with Apple, your password is managed through your Apple ID.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or manage them in the App Store. You can also tap Profile → Manage Subscription in SomaForge.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open SomaForge → Profile → Manage Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I export my data?
Go to Profile → Settings → Export Data. You can export in CSV, JSON, or PDF format. Your data is always yours.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This initiates a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel. After 30 days, all data is permanently removed. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How does HealthKit sync work?
SomaForge reads sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, steps, VO2 Max, SpO2, weight, and blood pressure from Apple Health. Grant permissions when prompted, or enable them in Settings → Health → Apps → SomaForge.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. We use 185 row-level security policies, encrypted connections, and never sell or share your data. See our Security page for details.

To report a security vulnerability, email security@somaforge.app. Please do not disclose vulnerabilities publicly until we've had a chance to address them.
